Onitio Solutions is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to strengthen our sales and customer development team. We are seeking a professional with a strong understanding of complex solutions and a genuine passion for creating value for customers.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop our position in Finland by building strong relationships with new and existing clients. You will also get connected to a network of partners to engage with.

You will work closely with colleagues in sales and marketing, in a team-oriented environment where collaboration and complementing each other’s strengths are key to success.
At Onitio Solutions, we deliver innovative services – including our unique Retail IT-as-a-Service concept – helping our clients streamline and optimize their IT operations. Your role will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and driving profitable growth.
🔑Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions from Onitio’s comprehensive portfolio.
Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships.
- Develop strategic partnerships with industry players to strengthen Onitio’s market position.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and account plans.
- Drive sales activities to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct needs analysis, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.
Consulting & Solution Presentation
- Analyze clients’ business challenges and present tailored solution proposals.
- Influence customer decision making by demonstrating the value of Onitio’s services and concepts.
🧰Qualifications
- Proven track record in solution sales, preferably within IT, technology, and/or the B2B sector.
- Strong ability to build relationships and navigate complex sales processes.
- Structured, goal-oriented, and collaborative approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English, written and spoken.
- Previous experience in the Retail industry is a strong advantage.
