Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Onitio Solutions Finland
Onitio Solutions is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to strengthen our sales and customer development team in Finland. We are seeking a senior sales professional with strong market knowledge and an established network within the retail grocery and specialized trade sectors.
This role will also function as a Sales Manager, with responsibility for helping to build and develop the Finnish sales organization, positioning Onitio Solutions as a preferred partner and supplier within the business areas we focus on.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing our position in Finland by building strong relationships with new and existing clients, particularly within retail grocery and specialized trade. You will also work closely with partners and key stakeholders across the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Finnish retail grocery and specialized trade sectors.
- Leverage your existing network to accelerate Onitio’s market presence and growth in Finland.
- Assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions from Onitio’s comprehensive service portfolio.
Sales Leadership & Team Building
- Act as a Sales Manager for Finland, contributing to the establishment and growth of the local sales team.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of future sales resources in Finland.
- Contribute to defining go‑to‑market strategies and long‑term growth plans.
Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients and decision makers.
- Develop strategic partnerships with customers and industry players to strengthen Onitio’s market position.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and account plans for strategic customers.
- Drive sales activities to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct needs analysis, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.
Consulting & Solution Presentation
- Analyze clients’ business challenges and present high-value, tailored solution proposals.
- Influence customer decision-making by clearly demonstrating the business value of Onitio’s services and concepts.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a senior sales professional, preferably within IT, technology, and complex B2B solutions.
- Strong competence and an established network within retail grocery and/or specialized trade in Finland.
- Proven ability to operate at a strategic level while also driving hands-on sales execution.
- Experience with leadership, mentoring, or building sales teams is a strong advantage.
- Structured, goal-oriented, and collaborative working style.
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience within the Retail sector is considered a strong advantage.
